Envois et Retours | Shipping Info & Return Policy
[FR] Envoi Standard :
Selon l'état du stock sur certains modèles rares, et le nombres de commandes à traiter, l'envoi de la commande jusqu'à 3 jours après la commande effectué.
Tous nos envois en France seront effectués par notre partenaire transporteur United Parcel Service avec un temps de livraison estimé entre 48 et 72 heures une fois la commande traitée et sous 24H pour les commandes en EXPRESS.
Le tarif de l'envoi pour la France continentale est au flat-rate de 7,90 euros pour toutes commandes ne dépassant pas 200,00 euros.
Au delà de 200,00 euros de panier, la livraison sera offerte.
Toutes nos livraisons sont contre-signature du destinataire ou sous présentation d'une carte d'identité (UPS Point - Point Relais UPS).
Envoi DOM-TOM & International :
Les envois internationaux seront effectués soit par CHRONOPOST INTERNATIONALE ou UPS avec un délai de livrais estimé entre 3 et 5 jours.
RETOURS
Toutes demandes de retour doit être effectuée par mail à : lobarbersupply@gmail.com avec la notion "DEMANDE DE RETOUR" et vous obtiendrez une réponse sous 72H.

Vous pouvez retourner le produit jusqu'à 15 jours après la commande sous réserve qu'il n'a pas été utilisé. Le retour du produit sera pris en charge par l'acheteur, ainsi un remboursement sera effectué pour le prix de la marchandise soustrait au prix de l'envoi et sujet à un coût de traitement de réception à hauteur de 20% du prix du produit. Si la marchandise que vous souhaitez retourner fait baisser la balance en dessous des 150,00 euros de commande qualifiant pour un "Envoi gratuit", nous déduirons le prix de l'envoi standard.
Si après inspection du matériel nous constatons l'objet avoir été utilisé, le client sera responsable du coût du prix de l'envoi pour le retour au client lui-même ou un traitement de réception pouvant aller jusqu'à 50% pourra être appliqué en plus de tous les frais associés.
L'article retourné devra contenir la facture d'envoi incluant tout ce qui se trouve dans la boîte, toutes les notices d'utilisation. Le retour doit être bien protéger à l'intérieur d'un carton avec une protection intérieur adéquate.

Shipping cost for Europe Zone 1 (Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Luxembourg, Austria, UK, Ireland) is a flat-rate of 11,90 euros for all orders below 200,00 euros of order. Above, the delivery will be FREE. Delivery Time of 2-4 Working days.
Shipping cost for Europe Zone 2 is a flat-rate of 16,90 euros for all orders below 200,00 euros of order. Above, the delivery will be FREE. Delivery Time of 3-6 Working days.
International & World Shipment :
World shipping will be sent with CHRONOPOST INTERNATIONALE or FEDEX within 5 to 7 working days at a flat-rate of 29,90 euros for all orders below 300,00 euros. Above, the delivery will be FREE.
RETURNS
All return requests must be made through Email. Please Email: lobarbersupply@gmail.com for a return authorization number. Returns received without an RMA # will be refused and returned to you. Please read our policies below.
You may return an item within 30 days of the shipping date as long as it has not been used. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. A refund will be issued for the cost of the merchandise minus the original cost of shipment and is subject to up to a 20% restocking charge. If the merchandise you wish to return drops the order total under the $85 threshold for free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost.
If the inspection of the item reveals the item to be used, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping of the item back to the customer or a restocking fee of 50% will be applied in addition to any and all shipping charges associated with the product.
Returned items must have a copy of the sales receipt and all packaging, including warranty cards, instructions, etc. The merchandise and packaging must be in new condition. Returns must be packed inside a shipping carton with adequate packing.
All defective Wahl and Andis machines must be sent to the respective manufacturer for warranty service.
If you would like to return a Wahl or Andis Machine, it must be in new and unused condition with all original documentation and accessories included in thep original box. We will refund the cost of the machine less the 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges incurred (actual shipping cost if order was sent through free shipping) after we inspect the machine to be in new, unused condition.
If the inspection of the item reveals the item to be used, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping of the item back to the customer or a restocking fee of 50% will be applied in addition to any and all shipping charges associated with the product.
EXCHANGES for other items are not available at this time. In order to exchange for another item, the item must be returned and refunded and a new order must be placed for the desired item
SHORTAGES & DEFECTS & DAMAGES
All order shortages and wrong items sent must be reported within 3 business days of the delivery date of the package.
Any defects or damages to a product must be reported within 5 business days of the delivery date with pictures emailed to lobarbersupply@gmail.com. The defective or damaged item should not be used and kept in new condition.
